COUNSELORS WILL NOT BE IN ON THURSDAY, SEPT. 2. ANY PROGRAM CHANGES WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SEPT. 13.
September 6, 2010- Venice High School will be closed.
Classes will begin Monday, September 13, 2010 @ 7:57am. Please allow enough time to report to your assigned homeroom. If you need a school map please don't hesitate to stop by any office to pick up a copy. Welcome to Venice High School & Good Luck.
ENROLLMENT FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE NEW TO THE VENICE AREA.
Students who did not attend Mark Twain, Marina, Webster, or Palms, or were not programmed by a Venice Counselor may enroll of the following dates and will receive either an appointment to see a counselor or will be programmed for the first day of school, if time permits.

August 23,24,25,26,27,30,31 and September 1 -- 8am-11:30am

ALL STUDENTS MUST REGISTER BEFORE THE FALL SEMESTER BEGINS: The schedule is ONLY for students who attended Venice, Mark Twain, Marina, Palms, Revere, or Webster and have been programmed by a Venice counselor and for students who have been accepted and programmed by the Foreign Language Magnet. >>>All visitors MUST sign in at the Main Office.
>>>In order to maintain safety for students and staff.
>>>To maintain a viable instructional program and keep classroom interruptions to a minimum, parents may not go to a classroom during the school day for any purpose. Parents who have an immediate need to see their child must report to the Attendance Office to have their child summonsed.
>>>Parents may observe a class for 20 minutes, ONLY after giving 24 hours notice to the Main Office of their request to observe. The teacher will then be notified of the scheduled observation.
