REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2010 SEMESTER
ALL STUDENTS MUST REGISTER BEFORE THE FALL SEMESTER BEGINS: The schedule is ONLY for students who attended Venice, Mark Twain, Marina, Palms, Revere, or Webster and have been programmed by a Venice counselor and for students who have been accepted and programmed by the Foreign Language Magnet. REGISTRATION:
TUESDAY, AUGUST 31, FROM 9AM-12PM - 11th & 12th grade students & Traveling Magnet Students TUESDAY, AUGUST 31, FROM 1PM-3PM - Any students grades 9-12
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 FROM 9AM- 12PM - Any students
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 From 1pm - 3pm - Any students grades 9-12
Report to the Student Cafeteria. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN ORDER TO REGISTER:
1) Emergency card - ALL INFORMATION COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY PARENT
2) Student-Parent-Teacher Agreement - signed by both parent and student.
AT REGISTRATION:
1) You will receive acopy of your classes. Review it carefully. If it is not correct, see your counselor.
2) 9th grade students may receive a temporary ID card*. ID cards are used for Library cards and for Internet computer access and for school activities.
3) 9th grade student may receive locker assignments.
4) You may purchase gym clothes and activity cards
*School pictgures for the yearbook and new ID cards will be taken early in October, during the school day. Students/parents may purchase pictures at that time if the wish.
COUNSELOR SCHEDULE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
Students who attended Venice last year or who are entering 9th grade and have been programmed by a counselor can see their counselor regarding their schedules as shown above.
